Is it really a fixed price ?
Yes, that is how we are licensed.There is no meter in the vehicle. Flight or traffic delays are our problem, not yours.
What do I do if someone at the airport proposes to take me to my hotel?
There are some “cowboy” shuttle drivers at Paris airports without authorization or proper insurance. Under the French law governing airport transfers, there must be a written, pre-booked reservation. We are a fully licensed, properly insured and authorized airport transfer service.
Can I book at the last minute?
The transfer must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, but the best is more than 4 days before your arrival/departure.
Is the shuttle transfer service 24/24 7/7 ?
Yes, our private shuttle transfer service runs 24/24 7/7. However, there is a small supplement for night or weekend booking.
Where do I go to find my driver at the airport ?
The driver will be waiting for you after customs with your name on a sign-board.
Are your luxury, shuttle transfer vehicles non-smoking and air-conditioned? How many do they seat ?
Most of our vehicles are Mercedes, 8 seater, limousine people-carriers. All transfer vehicles are non-smoking and air-conditioned.
Can I change or cancel my transfer reservation ?
Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before transfer with no charge.
Will the driver take care of our luggage ?
Yes, of course. Our prestige, private, shuttle, transfer service is VIP, limousine level.
What happens if my flight is delayed ?
We will have a “paris-shuttle-transfer” driver waiting for you at the airport however delayed your flight is !
Is there a charge if my flight is delayed ?
No, we do not charge for waiting time. But feel free to tip your driver if your flight is over an hour delayed !
